1-Bit tool released !!!

Hi!

The idea was release tomorrow, but well i'm going to download now, i guess i will upload some new versions with small edits after some feedback or fixing any bugs but mainly the tool is that.

Also if you check the price of this pack was increased from 19.95 to 24.99(New price only applied to new buyers) due the recent assets additions and now this tool, things that were not planned at first but increased the value of this 1bit assets pack that contains sprites, tiles, items and now a software to manage/edit/convert 1bit images.
