Added: Max resolution export 1280x720 (Any Ratio)

Added: Ansi Art converter(On Image)

*Changed APP resolution to 1280x720
*Fixed 256 color palette

REMEMBER:

To export until a max resolution of 1280x720 press in the text "PixaTool 1.18" and choose the image, automatically will apply the actual presset and saved on you want.

Still is a work on progress but seems works the 99% of times. WHen get more feedback i will add a basic button.
